フレージャ・ベハ・エリクセン（Freja Beha Erichsen, 1987年10月18日～）

フレージャ・ベハ・エリクセンはデンマーク人モデルで、カール・ラガーフェルドお気に入りモデルの一人です。

彼女は、2005年にモデルエージェントに見出され、いきなりパリコレデビューを果たしました。

その時に歩いたランウェイは、ルイ・ヴィトンやラダなどの一流ブランドばかりで、ミュウミュウではオープニングを飾りました。

彼女は初めてのランウェイで、既に自然体でウォーキングをこなしていたことから注目が集まりました。

それ以来、毎年パリコレやミラノコレクションのランウェイでは引っ張りだこで、現在では「ランウェイの女王」とも呼べる風格を漂わせています。

2000年代前半は、ゴージャスでグラマラスなモデルが主流でした。

その中で、フレージャのアンドロジナスな魅力はそれまでの流行とは全く違い、多くのデザイナーやフォトグラファーが彼女に夢中になったのです。

カール・ラガーフェルドも、その一人です。

彼はフレージャを「親友」と呼び、彼女をシャネルのほか、自身のブランド「カール・ラガーフェルド」の広告でも起用しました。

彼女はバッグ「マドモワゼル・コレクション」用ショートフィルムに起用され、アナ・ムグラリスやクリステン・マクメナミーとの共演を果たしています。

今年はステラ・テナントと共に新たにキャンペーンに登場するなど、シャネルの顔として活躍し続けています。

Freja Beha Erichsen is a Danish model and is one of the muses of Karl Lagerfeld.

Discovered by a modeling agent in 2005, Erichsen made her debut soon as a model in the runway of Paris during Fashion Week.

She walked the runways for the high fashion brands, such as Prada and Louis Vuitton, and she opened Miu Miu.

She gained attentions since she has already been able to walk the runways in natural manner.

Since then, she has been requested frequently to walk the runways of Paris and Milan every year, and now she has become known as the Queen of Runway.

In the early 2000s, the majority of models were gorgeous and glamorous.

Then she is known for her androgynous look, completely different from the previous trend, and many designers and photographers have chosen her.

Karl Lagerfeld is also one of them.

He called Erichsen a best friend and used her as a model for Chanel and also his own brand Karl Lagerfeld.

The short film was made starring Freja Beha Erichsen, alongside Anna Mouglalis and Kristen McMenamy to celebrate the Chanel mademoiselle bag collection.

She has been the face of Chanel, appearing in the new advertising campaign with Stella Tennant in this year.
